02 February 2022

The exhibition of paintings by the famous Lviv artist Mykola Mohylat is held in honour of his 60th birthday. The collection includes works from recent years: landscapes and still lives. «Exectly these two directions attracted him since the awareness of the artist’s life mission»,- notes Roman Sverediuk in his blog. Mykola Mohylat draws from nature. His works of art impress with richness of color, style of drawing typical only of him, mood and extraordinary skill of the realist painter. «Among the qualities that the author demonstrates in his paintings, a special place belongs to the ability to see and reveal the beauty of everyday life. This is what you want to keep an eye on in the buzzing age of high technology, synthetic materials, and artificial feelings - it is touching…» (Daryna Skrynnyk-Myska, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences).
